The approach towards this work is rather sharp as for analytics. This piece is dissected into different layers and glass panels. From sketchy strokes to explosions of colors, as well as detailed sequences; simply two lost figures with no destiny, still holding on to each other. This piece tends to become fragile and vulnerable while simultaneously revealing all its complexitiy and various facets.
"What is light without shadow, what is calm without storm? My work reflects the multifaceted nature of human existence - powerful and colorful, yet melancholic and dystopian, all at the same time. In doing so, I work with reverse psychology. The louder the colors and tones, the more calm a work appeara. It leads us to the reality - everything we hold in us: light and dark, good and evil. The opposites live in us and we live them. This realization calms us. There is no more struggling and dithering - what is, that is, what will be, that will be. The light is not all good.
