”My paintings are extremely influenced by the way I see the things that surround me. I am color-blind since I was born – a fact that has had a lot of influence on the way how I see things. That is the reason I have a big interest in colors. This defect makes me push the boundaries of my paintings more. I think, my paintings are close to material painting and they are in a constant relationship with sculpture and drawing. Color, texture and the technical aspect of the painting play a big role in my process.
